Grief is different for everyone. Maybe it’s losing someone close, a breakup, or a dream that didn’t pan out. Whatever it is, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Pick a counsellor – Read about our registered clinical counsellors here. If someone feels like the right fit, you can request them.

Fill out the referral form – It only takes a few minutes and it's right here!

We’ll reach out – A counsellor will contact you within two weeks to set up your first session.

Grief doesn’t come with a timeline, and neither does support. If you’re not sure about counselling right now, that’s totally okay. There are other ways to find connection, get support, and take things at your own pace.
